For our out of town clients, our process is no different. Often travel is not convenient for our clients, so as we begin our conversations on programming and design we will share design ideas and recommendations electronically, a seamless project without schedule interruption.

With our changing lifestyles, often the layout, design, or the overall flow are no longer functional for how we live today. We evaluate your existing space, discuss your goals and how you live and entertain in the home.
Our team will make recommendations of interior changes to repurpose the spaces, presenting opportunities of how we may be able to create a more functional space for your lifestyle.

A “fresh look” is often a cost-effective solution for updating the home or for a change over look from season to season. We will review your home and provide a check list of items for updates to be considered.

full service design

A new home or remodel, the project is not complete without considering the design as a whole. A project is more than a creative layout or reconfiguration of space. We offer full service interior architectural services working with our our clients on the selection and placement of lighting, hardware, bath and kitchen fixtures, architectural details and finishes for a holistic design approach. Additionally, we offer consultation for selection of furniture, finishes, art and accessories to complete the home design.

project management

Our team offers that one source resource and point of contact for your project. Once the scope of the project has been established, we assemble the team, coordinate and schedule with the required trades to visit the site, prepare pricing and preliminary budget, and present to our client.

Once the scope and budget direction have been approved we schedule the trades to begin your project. We oversee the project completion and provide a final walk-thru to ensure the work has been completed as per specifications prior to the client releasing final payments.
