The kitchen and dining room were updated with new stone counters, tile backsplash, and new hardware. Working with the natural finished juniper found throughout the home, a color palette of light tones and sea colors was selected to brighten up the space and bring the outside in. Window treatments were added throughout the home. Solar shades were used in the two story great room and catwalk facing the ocean, allowing the shades to be down at all times and keeping the clear views to the ocean, and keeping out the heat and glare from the sun.

The master bath was remodeled, converting a larger than needed shower to a large shower while carving out room for a much needed linen closet.
